If we are to believe the Government and the medical establishment, not only is it not an epidemic, but we’re not even sure of any of it’s causes. They assert this in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
And I guess all these allegations of the use of a mercury based preservative(Primerisol ) is just a figment of our imagination. Everyone knows that mercury is poison, so Why is it being used with the blessing of our government?
Added to the problem are products like NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful/Canderel, E951, etc.), and you have a brain altering concoction that will certainly negatively impact individuals, children especially.
I grew up in the 1950s and knew a few people who were diagnosed as Mentally Retarded, but I knew no one with Autism, ADD or ADHD. In fact those conditions are a recent (since the 1980s) phenominon. One of the most confusing factors is the fact that we can’t even get our arms around the totality of the problem.
Depending on whom you speak to about the size of the problem, you’ll hear that Americans with Autism is about 1 in 150, but the world estimate is 1 in 10 with only about 10 percent diagnosed, and therefore reported. The other statistic that tends to water down the severity is the different breakdowns or specific types of Autism.
No matter how you break it down, one fact remains, and that is, the problem ends up in the brain and the chemistry of that person is changed for the worse. The sad thing is the government who is supposed to be looking out for us is in my opinion, woefully negligent or incompetent or both.
One thing that frequently gets missed is what it is costing the government and us as taxpayers by extension. We already know that health-care costs is a run away train, and by adding to the problem with these complex diagnosis’, where and when will it end.
I’ll tell you when, When Americans stop allowing themselves to be distracted by all the nonsensical arguments and finally get focused on the real problem. And that of course is the fact that the government is bought by big business. That is why nothing useful gets done. Until then, there will continue to be laws passed that favors those making more and more money on the backs of others while nothing really changes.
I guess you could say we deserve what we have, because we continue to tolerate it. You hear a lot of rhetoric about the debt we are leaving our children, but what about half of our children being retarded. They will certainly think that we were, for allowing this to happen.
One Final Note: Today when a child is born it is vaccinated immediately, before the mother even has a chance to object. So as a mother expecting, and you don’t agree with this practice, Here is a link that will point you in the right direction.

Energy - The Measure of Our Health
Energy is something we all need to function effectively. We instinctively know when we have it and when we loose it. It is something the body produces and uses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The presence of it allows us to sail through the day, while it’s absence causes us to drag. It’s something we feel from deep inside. That’s because energy is produced at the cellular level and released for the remainder of the body;s systems to use and keep us charged up.
We all know what happens when our energy level is low. We mope around and are very inefficient in our physical and mental activities. Everything from brain fog to just not feeling well enough to get things done, can be attributed to lack of energy.
So let’s examine some of the culprits that use up our energy. High on that list is stress. Being stressed out all the time can have a debilitating effect on our energy level. While it affects individuals differently, the energy expended on stress subtracts from our overall energy reserve.
The next is toxins. We live in a world where toxins are everywhere. They’re in our food, our water, and even in the air we breath. As a result of toxins, our kidneys and liver are constantly overburdened while trying to process and deal with these poisons.
Prescription and illicit drugs are a substantial source of energy degradation. These chemical substances can impact liver and kidney function severely, and cause the body to expend huge amounts of energy just to cope with the toxic overload.
Cigarette smoking has been shown to cause problems, but many people don’t associate it with depleting the body of energy. The fact is, anything containing carcinogens and other chemicals diminishes our energy, and over the long term damages our health.
Processed foods are typically loaded with sugar and sodium. The problem is the accumulative nature, as these substances are found in so many foods, in amounts that in combination, vastly exceed daily recommended intakes.
Finally our lifestyle in general has an impact on our energy level. If you consume more than modest amounts of alcohol or you consume energy drinks that have huge amounts of sugar, caffeine and other substances, that will have a negative effect on your health, and rob you of energy, but the negative bonus is, you may also pick up an addiction.
So whether you are a high or low energy person remember, energy is what you feel when the body has successfully fulfilled the remainder of it’s perceived responsibilities. The use of natural energy enhancers is the safest way to feel great and charged up while avoiding crashes.

Hidden Perils of Poor Circulation
Many people associate circulation problems with clogged arteries leading to heart attacks and strokes. While that is in most cases correct, there are numerous other ailments that do not seem to be connected, but in fact , is just as related to poor circulation as the well known heart conditions. Understanding the nature of poor circulation, what causes it and why it is so prevalent, can be very eye opening to things you might not have even considered.
First lets answer the question - why does our blood clot? Well If it didn’t, a minor cut could cause us to bleed to death. But thanks to our body’s ability to produce several compounds that supports coagulation or clotting, the wound will stop bleeding via a clot formed at the wound site.
Real problems occur however when there is an imbalance between our ability to clot and our ability to keep blood thin and flowing. Our bodies produce several compounds to assist clotting but only one to keep blood from clotting (Plasmin). Also as we age our ability to produce Plasmin decreases. And worse of all when clotting occurs within our circulatory system caused by toxins, bacteria and fungus. This by far is the worst possible situation.
We may find ourselves struggling with a number of malities that we don’t associate with poor blood flow such as:
o High Blood Pressure
o Leg Cramps
o Skin Problems
o Poor Sleep
o Headaches
o Dementia
o Diabetes
o Varicose Veins
o Brain Fog
o Digestive Problems
o Erectile Disfuntion
o Low Lobido
o Swelling
o Blood Sugar Imbalances and more...
And that’s of course in addition to the heart and brain problems that we commonly associate with poor circulation. So it’s easy to view the conditions listed above as a precursor to a more serious condition.
Even something as seemingly benign as cold hands and feet could indicate poor circulation. It’s interesting to note that the human body has about 75,000 miles of arteries, blood vessels, and capillaries, holding about six liters of blood.
Let’s understand that blood carries oxygen to organs and tissues and carries toxins out of the body, so it’s importance can’t be overstated. That is why proper blood flow is critical. Imagine for example, the eyes. Blood reaches the eyes via capillaries. Look in the mirror at the whites of your eyes and see how small a capillary actually is. When blood is thick and not flowing freely, how can a capillary be adequately supplied with fresh blood?
Proper blood flow is central to a healthy condition. Consider the digestive system. It is where nutrition is extracted from what we eat and is the distribution point via blood to the rest of the body. If we have inadequate blood flow in our digestive tract, how will nutrition make it to where it is needed? In addition if we have problems in our digestive system as a result of blood flow problems, we will most certainly see problems elsewhere in the body.
Our blood vessels have the capability to produce Fibrin, the chief clotting agent. We encounter problems when Fibrin is produced within our blood vessels caused by saturated fats, chemicals, bacteria, and fungus. The uncontrolled production of Fibrin anywhere and everywhere within the circulatory system can cause all manor of disease including Heart disease and stroke.
Pay particular attention to the disclaimers that accompany commercials for aspirin, and other so-called blood thinners. In fact, thinning your blood is just one aspect of the problem. What about all that Fibrin which has narrowed openings in your circulatory system and continue to accumulate? Could that be the cause of some ailments that you might be suffering right now, but have not connected the dots? Disolving Fibrin within arteries are just as important because that can have the effect pressing the reset button for your circulatory system.
From stiffness to high blood pressure - from digestive irregularities to great nightly sleep, improving and enhancing blood flow is something that can have a positive effect on the entire body.
There is only one truly effective solution for accomplishing both of those problems (blood thinning and removal of Fibrin) and that’s Natto. It’s been consumed by the Japanese for over 1000 years. Recent studies have shown the effectiveness of nattokinase, which is derived from Natto. Google It! Give your circulatory system a rejuvination and protect your heart and brain

Cells And The Composite Body
The human body is made up of trillions of cells of all types. Seldom though, do we think of these as living life forms themselves. Each one is born and then dies when it’s appointed mission is completed. What I have just described is normal cell operation. For the body to remain healthy, this cycle is necessary. This condition is what I refer to as Homeostasis.
Homeostasis according to Wikipedia - is defined as the property of a system, either open or closed, that regulates its internal environment and tends to maintain a stable, constant condition. Multiple dynamic equilibrium adjustment and regulation mechanisms make homeostasis possible.
But what happens when cells act abnormally? Homeostasis is interrupted and the system becomes unstable and out of balance. Prolonged periods of body imbalance can start a disease process that will manifest itself as (that depends on the vulnerability created and the body’s inability to respond appropriately).
Cells have chemical transmitters and receptors that enable communication. When communication is disrupted, messages cannot be sent or received properly. One of three possible things occurs.
(1) The massages are received but the response is not timely or vigorous enough solve the problem, causing the vulnerability to be compounded and eventually leading to a degenerative diseased condition.
(2) The messages are not received at all and therefore no response is mounted. This will certainly lead to all manner of disease and sickness.
(3) The messages are incorrect and causes the response to be inaccurate, possibly causing an autoimmune response.
It is important to recognize that this cycle of detection and extinction goes on 24-7 and determines the relative state of health.
That explains why a person can contract a typically minor bug and end up not surviving. The problem was not only the bug itself, but the internal condition of the host and its ability to fight the bug. That is also why when someone dies of Diabetes, the term Complications of Diabetes is used. Its just another way of saying that the person’s immune system was compromised and too non-functional to afford them a fighting chance.
We often hear how the body heals itself, but how does it do it? It’s all about that 24/7 cell activity that allows this to happen. We’ve also heard how nutrition is important to good health. Let’s explore what the cells require to remain at their peak. They need Sugars!
It has been discovered that our internals need a class of essential sugars called monosaccharides. These sugars are essential to proper cell function and healing.
If any of these essential sugars are missing or present in insufficient amounts, the body will attempt to create what is missing. However, conferring this responsibility on the body means that, in order for it to create these essential sugars, it will use huge amounts of energy, and take nutrients from elsewhere to do so. Its sort of like robbing Peter to pay Paul.
So where do we acquire these essential sugars? It turns out that when we consume fruits and vegetables that are grown locally, and are vine ripened; we get the maximum amount of nutrition available from that fruit or vegetable. The problem is multinational growers from around the world harvest before these plants are ripe and before the natural process is complete, yielding plants that are nutritionally deficient. Added to that dilemma, crop rotation which has been used for thousands of years, is somehow passé. Nutrition depleted soil yields plants that are not fully charged.
A word about supplements
Care should be exercised when choosing supplements. First, is the extraction process. Chemical extraction of substances will yield a chemically based end product. How unnatural is that. Second, going after the active ingredients without a complete understanding of other compounds that are naturally-occurring the plant, but missing in the end product, probably won’t be effective.
The best course to follow is to consume your fruits and vegetables from juicing, salads and most of all in raw form, as cooking greatly diminishes nutrient content.

The Politics and Economics of Health
Healthcare is great if you have it. But lets be clear! Many have passed away that had excellent healthcare insurance.
So health should be of utmost importance, and hopefully, you don’t need the care part.
In fact, why not do the care part up front, on a daily basis and ensure that you delay or eliminate entirely, degenerative health related problems
Here is an interesting experiment. Ask your doctor for a prescription for degenerative disease. You won’t get one, and yet all major diseases are a consequence of degeneration, that is the breakdown of systems in the body primarily due to nutrient deficiency. Diseases such as Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Alzheimer’s don’t go quietly.
Degenerative diseases reeks havoc on finances, families, emotions and most of all, the quality of life for those affected. In many cases the devastation is to the healthcare system as well.
It’s high time that we start understanding where most of the healthcare cost is coming from and then realize that prevention by any measure is not only the best course of action, but also the more economical solution.
Lets look at Heart Disease. Studies show that on average over a lifetime even if you have health coverage, you will still fork out over 50 Thousand Dollars for care and you may still loose. Degenerative disease is symptomatic of a weakened immune system and in such a state, many other conditions can pile on. For Instance, I don’t know anyone with heart disease that only has heart disease. Usually there are other things going on as well. That’s because of an overall degenerated condition.
It is clear, a change in focus is what is needed. Waiting around for problems to surface or depending on that annual checkup to discover something, is not the answer. In fact if you keep looking for something, I bet eventually you will find something.
The far superior approach is to make smart, modest investments in your health every day. If you have good health, it’s worth preserving. If you have health challenges, you clearly need an intelligent approach that can put you on the road to regaining your health.
By the way, should you face a health situation, you want to be sure that your immune system is strong enough to see you through. So that means nutrients are required to give your body what it needs to heal itself
Learning about your body and taking action on what you’ve learned will help to insure your good health on the one hand, and a vast improvement in your health, on the other. To illustrate how pervasive politics and money can have a negative effect on you though, is the absence of information that affects your view and ultimately your choices.

Is Fluoride Safe for Human Consumption?
It is amazing that some are still debating this question in 2010. Perhaps if more was known about the origins of fluoride and what particular problems it solves for industry, we might have a better prospective on the matter. Also, if we understood better, the financial implications of fluoride use, that would also bring some clarity to the question.
Most understand that it's all about the money, however without some level of detail, that is just a convenient phrase without any particular substance. Dentists were convinced that fluoride was essential to maintain good dental health. They in turn with their credentials and respect helped to convince the rest of us that fluoride was not only essential but also harmless to our kids.
Then one day we saw warnings on our toothpaste labels informing us that if toothpaste was ingested internally, a physician and or poison control center should be sought. This hardly sounds harmless.
Another question is why is it being placed in our drinking water? After all, if we should contact a poison control center after ingesting toothpaste, what about 4 or 8 glasses of tap water a day?
Here is a video that will share some light on the subject

Just Trust The Pros
I am continually amazed by the fact that we put so much trust in others where our own health is concerned. Many of us won't even discuss health issues as long as we're healthy. We woulden't dream of treating our automobile that way. If asked why we think it necessary to properly maintain our cars, the most common response is that we want it to last, and we dont want it to break down. Well what about our bodies. What are we doing to make it last and prevent breakdowns? My contention is, we don't do nearly enough and we certainly don't start early enough to make a difference in many cases. Being stranded on the side of the road in life is no more fun than it would be if our car broke down on the Interstate. There is a big difference though, Our automobile can be repaired and any part can be replaced. Acquiring another body is out of the question, so taking better care of the one you have should be a priority. The first thing we should do is begin to learn more about our own bodies and how things work. Then we should understand that we need a strategy that will address our current condition as well as a plan for going forward into the future. To do that effectively, we will have to face some facts about the state of the food we consume, the state of the environment, and all the things working against us.There are many excellent sources of information about how our bodies function normally and abnormally. There is lots of updated information that might contradict what we were told in the past. Having an open mind at least leaves you open to learn new things or correct flawed thinking as a result of past learning. The road to better health should be viewed as a journey. People are living longer so the quality of their lives is a major issue. I'm reminded of a conversation I had with an old man when I was about 10 years old. He said "Man, if I had known that I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself". That pretty much sums up my main point. Our bodies were made in my opinion to last indefinite, as long as we give it the necessary fuel to allow it to do what it knows needs to be done. And by the way, I view Side Effects in the same light as Collateral Damage, A casualty is still a casualty... I believe we can do much better!
